Accommodation is provided in eight individual suites built some distance from each other among Knobthorn and Jackalberry trees. The suites are individually decorated in a modern African theme, with high ceilings and extra screens on windows and doors so that it can be left open at night. Suites are equipped with air-conditioners and overhead fans. Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal by 07:00am, and will journey via the N4 motorway through the Highveld of Gauteng and Mpumalanga, down the escarpment and into the scenic Lowveld until you reach the reserve inside the Greater Kruger National Park.
During the long 6 hours’ drive you will stop for refreshments and reach the lodge around mid-day.
You will have time to freshen up and relax before departing on an open safari vehicle for your first afternoon game drive in the reserve.
Back at the lodge a delicious dinner under starlight will await you.

You will receive an early wake-up call and be served a hot beverage and rusks before departing on your 3-hour game drive while the sun rises in the east.
