Guests collect their own hired car and leave Johannesburg early enough to self-drive via the N4 and towns like Dullstroom through to the Lowveld and start the full Panorama Route at Blyde Canyon. Attractions not to miss are the Three Rondavels, Bourkes Luck Potholes, Berlin Waterfall, and God’s Window. Note that all entrance fees are for own account.
Upon reaching Hazyview guests check into Kruger Adventure Lodge or similar where they can enjoy a scrumptious dinner (included in their package).
After a breakfast (included in the package) at the lodge, guests self-drive into the national park and continue on their own safari.
If they prefer one or two added-on guided tours, it should be booked beforehand as optional extra.
Check into arranged accommodation and either braai under the African stars or enjoy a meal in the camp restaurant.
You have the whole day available to explore the park in your own time. With prior arrangement, a bush walk, and a night drive can be included in the package, but it is subject to availability.
You can either drive around on the many tarred and gravel roads and visit some waterholes, relax in the camp and laze around the pool, or take part in any of the optional activities available at the camp.
End the day with a dinner at the restaurant (for your own account) or lit a fire and have a traditional braai.
On this final day you will make an early start and drive for one last time through the park to the exit gate and back to Johannesburg.
