Due to the Imbali Safari Lodge being located deep into the Kruger National Park, we do recommend rather recommend considering flying into the Hoedspruit airport for this safari package.
DAY 1: JOHANNESBURG – KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal by 07:00am, you will travel east through the farmlands and onto the Kruger National Park.
It’s a 5-6 hour drive from Johannesburg to Imbali Safari Lodge in the Kruger National Park; We take the scenic route through the historic towns of the Panorama Route and to the town of Hoedspruit with scheduled stops for bathroom breaks and leg stretches.
Arrive mid-day in the Mluwati Concession and book into Imbali Safari Lodge. Enjoy a light meal and freshen up before departing late afternoon for a game drive on an open safari vehicle. Sundowners at a special vantage point.
A 3-course dinner under the stars at the outdoor boma at Imbali Safari Lodge (weather dependent).
Included: Sundowner drinks and a 3-course dinner with local wines, beers and soft drinks
DAY 2 : MLUWATI CONCESSION KRUGER PARK
A glorious days relaxing at the camp; sandwiched between an early morning and late afternoon game drive with sundowners at a special vantage point.
Safaris are conducted on the private Mluwati Concession with unlimited access to the public roads of the Kruger National Park. A professional game ranger and expert tracker take you around in an open safari vehicle.
Tea and coffee before you depart for the sunrise game drive; light informal Brunch back at Imbali Safari Lodge and an afternoon of relaxation before departing for the evening game drive; sundowners at a special vantage point and a delicious 3-course dinner under the stars in the outdoor boma.

DAY 3 : KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – JOHANNESBURG
Wake up early for tea and coffee and then depart for a sunrise safari tour of the Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a light breakfast back at Imbali Safari Lodge before checking out of your chalet.
You’ll be driven to Hoedspruit mid-morning to catch the shuttle bus back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
Arrive in Johannesburg between 17h30 and 18h00, depending on traffic.
