Umlani Bush Camp accommodates guests in traditional African reed and thatch huts as well as an Eco Rondavel, all naturally blending with the environment and providing modern comforts. All the accommodation options have comfortable beds, crisp white linen, soft towels, mosquito netting, insect repellent and en-suite open-air bush showers as well as standard bathroom amenities. They also offer complimentary bottled water, although the tap water is perfectly safe to drink.
Kambaku Safari Lodge consists of eight beautiful thatched chalets and 3 inter-leading family units erected in a semi-circle around a waterhole. You can relax on your private veranda and watch animals coming down to drink. The central lodge areas are built to blend in with the surrounding bush and offers a swimming pool, bar, boma, library and curio shop. There is a game viewing hide and Wi-Fi is available, as well as spa treatments on request. All the accommodation is stylishly designed and decorated for comfort and peace. Khoka Moya Tented Camp has a reception with curio shop, main dining, lounge and bar area, pool, a renovated bird hide and 15 free-standing tents. The lounge, dining and bar areas are built around an open atrium where al fresco evening meals are served around a log fire. The en-suite tents are spacious and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with either double or twin canopied beds fitted with fine cotton sheets and down duvets. Tents have double showers and separate toilets, a large sofa, a writing desk and a fan with an outside deck.

Guests are collected from Johannesburg and driven to Balule Game Reserve located close to Hoedspruit in the Greater Kruger. Arrive mid-day at your lodge; settle into your chalet, freshen up and relax. We depart late afternoon for a 3-hour sunset safari tour of Balule Game Reserve. A real treat is a starlit dinner served at Marula Tree Boma which is located deep in the bushveld.

Wake up early for hot beverages and rusks before setting off for a full-day safari tour of the Kruger National Park. We enter via Orpen Gate and spend the day exploring the upper-south and central region. Lunch break at a popular Kruger Park rest camp (for your own cost). Return to your lodge late afternoon.

Wake up early for your last game drive in Balule. Enjoy a hearty breakfast back at the lodge before departing mid-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg, travelling via the famous Panorama Route. Arrive in Johannesburg late afternoon (app17h00).
