At Londolozi Founders Camp you will not only experience the African wilderness but feel one with those that have built the reserve. Built in the shade of ancient Ebony and Matumi trees along the banks of the Sand River, the enchanting and intimate Founders Camp is ideally situated for a view of river life. Containing a touch of bush bohemia, Founders Camp radiates a young and vibrant energy that appeals to discerning individuals and modern families. The camp also offers a yoga deck, a real sanctuary for quiet contemplation, in the shade of a 500-year-old ebony tree on the banks of the river, where daily yoga classes are held.
You are collected from your address in Johannesburg early in the morning and will travel east via the N4 motorway through the Highveld of Gauteng and Mpumalanga, down the escarpment and into the scenic Lowveld until you reach the reserve within the borders of the Greater Kruger National Park.
During the drive (about six hours) you will stop for refreshments and reach the lodge by mid-day. You will have time to freshen up, explore and relax before departing on an open safari vehicle for your first afternoon game drive in the reserve.
Back at the lodge a delicious dinner under African starlight will await.
You overnight in your luxury accommodation at Londolozi Founders Camp and your deal includes lunch and dinner.
You will receive an early wake-up call and be served a hot beverage and rusks before departing on your 3-hour game drive while the sun rises in the east.
On return to the lodge you can enjoy a brunch and choose to spend the rest of the day at the pool or just lazing around.
Be ready for an afternoon game drive with an expert guide at about 16:00, to return in time for another starlit dinner.

Rise early again, enjoy a hot beverage and rusk, and depart on your last morning game drive.
After witnessing a last African sunrise, you return to the lodge for breakfast before departing to Johannesburg. You will arrive at your drop-off point at approximately 17:00.
