5 Day Kambaku Safari Lodge Safari

Kambaku Safari Lodge consists of eight beautiful thatched chalets and 3 inter-leading family units erected in a semi-circle around a waterhole. You can relax on your private veranda and watch animals coming down to drink. The central lodge areas are built to blend in with the surrounding bush and offers a swimming pool, bar, boma, library and curio shop. Itinerary

DAY 1: Johannesburg – Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge

Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal by 07:00am, for the journey through the wide-open spaces of the Highveld, down the escarpment and through the scenic Lowveld to the Greater Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga.

During the 6 hours’ drive you will stop for snacks and refreshments along the way and reach the lodge around mid-day.

There will be time to freshen up after the long drive before departing on an afternoon game drive in the reserve.

Dinner is served under the stars.

You overnight in your luxury suite at Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge and your deal includes lunch and dinner. 

DAY 2 and 3: Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge

You will get up early, have time for a hot beverage and rusks before departing on a 3-hour sunrise game drive.

On return to the lodge you can enjoy a brunch and choose how to spend the rest of the day – at the pool or in the lounge area.

Your afternoon game drive will commence at about 16:00, to return in time for another starlit dinner.

You overnight in your luxury suite at Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge and your deal includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

DAY 4: Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge – Johannesburg

Enjoy a last early hot beverage and rusk, before departing on your last morning game drive in the reserve.

After you have said goodbye to the African sunrise, you return to the lodge for breakfast before departing to Johannesburg. You will arrive at your destination at approximately 17:00.

Your deal today includes breakfast at the lodge.
