Dulini Lodge in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve is part of the Dulini Collection, a family run partnership with years of experience and a love of the wilderness, a passion for excellence and the desire to contribute to conservation. The Dulini Collection offers safari game drives in the company of expert guides and in the comfort of six-seater game viewers to create unforgettably enriching safari experiences. Dulini Lodge is situated in the shade of ancient ebony and leadwood trees in a rich riverine setting on the banks of the Mabrak River. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the camp with bird song and the passage of wildlife adding to its luxurious allure.
The lodge offers big five game viewing, superior service, excellent cuisine, and accommodation in the form of luxury chalets and tents in the Mpanamana Concession. The lodge can accommodate 44 guests in 22 individual chalets, with units decorated in contemporary style with earthy colours/ Each unit comes fitted with mosquito nets, sports a balcony with a view, en-suite bathrooms, outside shower, air conditioning, telephone, mini-bar a fireplace and seating area. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Dinner comprising traditional cuisine is served at the restaurant or around a boma fire under the stars. In addition to the main lodge guests can also book in one of the two additional camps.
Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp is the Manyeleti Game Reserve’s family-friendly escape designed in a traditional African camp style. Khoka Moya is situated on both sides of a riverbed and offers an authentic bush experience without sacrificing luxury, safety or comfort. The reception area at Khoka Moya Camp is constructed from recycled wood and thatch and houses a locally crafted curio shop and the main dining area, lounge and bar area is designed to resemble the pioneer-dwellings of the early gold prospectors. Outside is an inviting pool set amidst lush lawns, a bird hide and the 15 spacious, free-standing tents. The camp is very child friendly with children’s activities like full game drives, junior tracking and more.
Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal by 07:00am, travel eastwards via the N4 motorway through the Highveld of Gauteng and Mpumalanga, to the Manyeleti Game Reserve.
The drive may take about six to seven hours, and you will stop along the way for refreshments. You should reach the lodge around mid-day and have time to freshen up and relax before departing for your first afternoon game drive on an open safari vehicle.
After sunset you will return to the lodge where dinner will await.
You overnight in your luxury accommodation at Khoka Moya Tented Camp and your lodging includes lunch and dinner. Â
Wake up early, enjoy a hot beverage and rusks before departing on the morning game drive to catch the sun rising and spot some nocturnal animals still out hunting.
You will return for a late breakfast at the lodge and can spend the rest of the day lazing around. Your afternoon game drive will depart at about 16:00 and return after sunset just in time for dinner around the fire.
You overnight in your luxury accommodation at Khoka Moya Tented Camp and your deal includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Â
On the last day of your stay you will get up early too, enjoy your hot beverage and rusks, and depart on the final game drive.
After experiencing another African sunrise, you return to the lodge for breakfast before departing to Johannesburg. You will arrive at your drop-off point around 17:00.
