The lodge is located in Motlala Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. The tour includes sunset game drive in Motlala Game Reserve, a full-day in the iconic Kruger National Park and a magical sunrise bushwalk along the Klaserie River. Evenings are spent under the stars enjoying an authentic African bushveld braai (barbeque). The tour ends with a scenic drive back to Johannesburg via the Panorama Route to view the Three Rondavels which stand sentry over the Blyde River Canyon.

We depart from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport by 07:00am.
It’s a 5-6 hour drive from Johannesburg to Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge in the Kruger National Park; We take the scenic route through the historic towns of the Panorama Route and to the town of Hoedspruit with scheduled stops for bathroom breaks and leg stretches.
Arrive mid-day in the Mluwati Concession and into Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge. Enjoy a light meal and freshen up before departing late afternoon for a game drive on an open safari vehicle. Sundowners at a special vantage point.

Start your day early with a gorgeous sunrise game drive. Safaris are conducted in the private Mluwati Concession with unlimited access to the public roads of the Kruger National Park. Game drives are in an open safari vehicle.
You can look forward to a hearty breakfast after the morning game drive, relaxing at the pool or in your luxury suite, a light lunch on the viewing deck and High Tea before setting off into the bushveld for the evening game drive; returning for an authentic Tsonga feast and evening entertainment.

Wake up early for tea and coffee and then depart for a sunrise safari tour of the Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a light breakfast back at Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge before checking out of your chalet.
You’ll be driven to Hoedspruit mid-morning to catch the shuttle bus back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
